How do I modify an item in my Cart?

To change the quantity, enter a number in the Quantity box and click Update , or Continue .

Note: We strive to provide customers with great prices, and sometimes that means we limit quantity to ensure that the majority of customers have an opportunity to order products that have very low prices, or a limited supply. We may also adjust your quantity in checkout to reflect your recent purchases of a quantity-limited item.

How do I find Products from within the Cart?

You can search using a natural language search, or the drop down search tool in Stage 2 (located just above the itemized products table).

 

  • Search by Keyword
  • Search by Collection
  • Search by Category
  • Search by Sub Category
  • Search by Color

Your selected filters will appear under the search box, and above the itemized products table. These filters can be removed by clicking the “x” next to each filter.

How much time do I have to complete my order online?

At the top of every page during the checkout process, there is a timer that shows you how long you have to complete the order before we release your products for others to buy.
The timer is reset when you add the first item to your Cart, so you have plenty of time to complete your order. We will also alert you a few minutes before your session is about to expire.

What is the Online Ordering Process?

If you already have a buying account, Continental Farms has an extremely streamlined Online Ordering Process, which is initiated when a customer clicks Create New Order (from a logged-in account).

 

  • Stage 1. Schedule Your Ship Date and Select Your Shipper, then click Continue .
  • Stage 2 . Add Products and Change the Quantity as Needed, then click Continue .
  • Stage 3. Review selections and click Process Order.

 

Items added to your Cart will be available from any compatible web browser that has been signed in to your account.

 

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Process Order, and receive an email confirmation that we’ve received your order.
